How assessments work

Access

All 13 assessments are free. Each one opens when you hold its grade and have solved enough of its practice list, one grade at a time.

Problems

Two unsolved problems from this grade’s practice list on your route, one from each half of the list when both halves have one. If fewer than two are unsolved, one or both come from unsolved problems in the first section of the next grade’s list. A problem you already solved repeats only when neither this grade’s list nor that first section has enough unsolved problems (or there is no next grade), and a repeat needs a fresh accepted solution during the test.

Results

Sync a linked LeetCode or Codeforces handle to check submissions. Accepted submissions from the start until 5 minutes after the timer ends count. You can also confirm accepted results yourself; the result is marked self-reported.

Retakes

After a failed test, solve 3 more problems from this grade’s practice list on the route you used to unlock a retake. If fewer than 3 are left unsolved, solving the rest is enough, and with none left the retake opens straight away. A failed test leaves your grade and XP unchanged.
