The service
Arise is an educational practice tool for data structures, algorithms, competitive programming and system design. These terms cover your use of the site. Using it does not enter you into a subscription.
Practice plans, assessment results and game-style progress are learning aids. They are not qualifications, verified contest ratings, job guarantees or promises of an interview or salary.
Personal access and content
An account is for one person. Keep your sign-in credentials private. A pass gives you a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use its included features and materials during the purchased access period. You may keep downloads Arise expressly offers for your own learning. You may not resell access, publicly redistribute paid material or bypass access controls. Rights granted by law or a third-party license remain available.
Arise and its licensors retain their rights in the service and original materials. You keep your rights in content you submit. You give Arise permission to process that content, including through service providers, to deliver the requested features, keep your account records and protect the service. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize public disclosure of private submissions.
Your progress
You can read free product pages, public leaderboard rankings and shared player cards without an account. Paid material requires the appropriate pass. Saving progress and boards to Arise, requesting AI feedback and using personal account workspaces require sign-in. Guest drawings remain in the open tab; older browser records are preserved for explicit import.
With an account, practice progress and saved whiteboards are stored on the account and available on any device you sign in to. If a save is interrupted, the unsent changes stay in a recovery draft on that device for the account that made them. Export boards from the whiteboard and back up practice progress from Settings Data before clearing site data, especially if a save is pending.
Keep your password private. Password-reset email is available when account recovery is configured. The recovery page shows whether it is available. Forgot your password?
Marks you enter yourself and shared card snapshots are self-reported. Public judge results can help fill your practice record, but Arise does not verify that you own a linked judge account.
AI feedback and limits
AI hints and resume reviews can contain errors. Check technical claims, code and suggested resume changes before relying on them. Scores are educational estimates, not verified percentiles or hiring decisions.
Free accounts can receive up to 3 AI hints per day; eligible paid passes allow up to 40. Allowances reset at midnight India Standard Time and do not roll over. Limits also apply to rapid, concurrent and repeated unsuccessful requests. Stopping a hint after it starts can use that allowance.
Resume review allows one completed review and at most two attempts per rolling 24 hours. Reopening a saved report uses no new review. Provider availability and shared service capacity can temporarily prevent requests, even when your account has allowance left.
A paid access period does not include unlimited AI use. We may change the model or provider while preserving the feature's stated purpose and applicable privacy commitments.
Fair use
- Use practice materials to learn. Follow each external judge's contest and academic-integrity rules.
- Do not upload harmful files, interfere with the service, impersonate another learner or present a self-reported card as an independently verified credential.
- Do not bypass access controls, redistribute paid explanations as your own product or make excessive automated requests to Arise or linked services.
Do not submit secrets, confidential employer material or personal information you are not entitled to share. Do not automate bulk AI requests, evade quotas through multiple accounts or resell service access.
We may restrict requests or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect security or stop a material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contest it. Urgent security or legal risks can require immediate action. Mandatory refund rights and other legal remedies remain available.
Other platforms and artwork
Links open independent services such as LeetCode, Codeforces, AtCoder and CSES. Their terms, availability and privacy practices apply there. Problem statements and submissions remain on the relevant judge.
Employer names indicate practice context, not endorsement, affiliation or a guarantee that a particular question will appear in an assessment. Company and judge logos, character names and artwork belong to their respective rights holders. Arise does not claim to own them.
Third-party notices
Awakening's problem selection adapts the free youkn0wwho.academy topic list. Original problem statements belong to their judges. The upstream material is MIT licensed; its license notice follows.

Plans and payments
Paid passes are one-time payments processed by Stripe. Before you pay, checkout shows the pass, the final price, the currency and the access period. A pass does not renew automatically, and it does not change your rank or assessment results.
The pass is added to the signed-in account that bought it once Stripe confirms the payment. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Stripe's page; Arise does not receive or store them.
Lifetime means access to the purchased plan for as long as Arise operates the product. It does not promise indefinite operation of the product or its providers. AI features remain subject to their stated usage limits. A terms update does not shorten an existing purchased access period or remove rights arising from that purchase.
Pass purchases are final, except where a refund is required by law. Read the refund policy before purchasing. Refunds
Operator details and a support contact are pending. They must be published before live checkout opens.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service and educational materials are provided as available, without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular hiring outcome. Arise excludes liability for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunities or profits, where the law permits that exclusion.
For claims to which a monetary limit lawfully applies, Arise's total liability is limited to the greater of US$100 or the fees you paid for the pass giving rise to the claim.
These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability, statutory right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
Changes and your rights
We may update lessons, interfaces, providers and these terms. Material changes will be described on the site with a revised date. Where a change materially affects an existing paid pass, we will give reasonable advance notice unless an urgent security or legal requirement prevents it. Changes apply prospectively and preserve rights that have already arisen.
Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law gives you.
